Injuries and The Paranormal
The fear of the paranormal is often unfounded. There are other times that ghosts or other entities have caused physical harm to people. Residents of haunted homes have been: bitten, pushed, scratched, or thrown. Objects have been thrown or shattered causing real physical injury. The focus of this research project is the physical damage inflicted on individuals experiencing extreme paranormal activity. The amount of damaged caused, the mental status of the person involved, and the length of continued activity is examined.
Animals And The Paranormal
Household pets have been known to react to haunted locations and are sometimes the first indication that a location may be haunted. This project examines odd behavior of pets in haunted locations. The type of response of the pets is considered in both the overall type of response for all pets and breed specific responses when available. The general health of the pets living in a haunted locations is also of great concern to this study
Ghost Sighting and The Time Of Day
It is widely believed that ghosts can only be seen at night. When a ghost sighting takes place is it really more likely at night? This study examines the time at which ghost sightings occur. In addition to the time of the sighting we look at the type of location the sighting took place. Indoor and outdoor locations are considered as possible factors as to the time at which ghosts are most commonly seen.
Conversations With The dead.
Reports of people speaking with an apparition do occur. Frequency of this type of activity and the type of information exchanged are the major subjects of this project. The probability of the identification of the apparition being known by the witness is considered as well as the sex of the witness communicating with the apparition.
Stop Touching Me
Witnesses to paranormal events sometimes claim to have come in physical contact with an entity. The most common types of contact and the frequency of reports of contact are examined here. Comparisons are made based on the actual descriptions of the person coming into contact with an entity as well as testimony from other witnesses present but not coming into contact.

Sometimes enough is enough.
One of our longest running research projects.
A study into the frequency of people choosing to relocate to a new place due to paranormal activity. A major goal of this study is to examine the types of paranormal activity that are common causes for relocation.
One element that is also considered in this study is the continuation of the same paranormal activity after the subject has moved.
Temperature variation during a paranormal event.
Temperature variations are often reported during a paranormal event. These changes are most commonly called cold spots. The goal of this research study is to better understand temperature changes and haunted locations. Temperature variation above and below ambient temperature as well as both stationary and mobile points of variation are examined. The level of discomfort for witnesses is graded and the points above and below ambient at which witnesses are compelled to leave the area are investigated.
